When reporting an issue
- Include the app version, iPhone model, and iOS version.
- Describe the city, concert, import, or notification involved.
- For a source correction, include the public source URL and the fact that appears incorrect.
Tickets and source pages
China Concerts does not sell tickets. It opens an external organizer or ticket page so you can review the current terms and complete any purchase there.
Export and delete
In the app, open You → Your data to create an encrypted profile export through the system Files interface or delete your local profile, private iCloud copy, and encrypted fallback backup. China Concerts has no app account.
Concert alerts
If alerts do not arrive, check notification permission and iCloud, then open the app to refresh.

China Concerts has no app account, advertising or tracking, and never uses one person’s private behavior to recommend concerts to another.
On-device profile
Your follows, cities, concert actions, imports, notification rules and recommendation profile stay in protected storage on your device. Recommendations are made on your device, and catalogue and update requests do not include these private choices.
Private iCloud sync
When iCloud is available, the app syncs your profile by default in encrypted fields of your private iCloud database. The developer does not receive your Apple Account identifier, email address or readable profile.
Encrypted backup without iCloud
If iCloud is unavailable, the app can back up your profile, encrypted on your device, to the China Concerts service. Only your recovery code can decrypt it. The service sees only request time, network address, size and an opaque ID. The backup expires after 24 months without an update and is deleted when iCloud works again. You can turn it off, which deletes it.
Apple Music and imports
With Apple Music access, the app matches artist names from your library to its catalogue on your device. Library names are not uploaded; only artists you confirm become follows. Imported text, links and screenshots are processed on your device. Raw screenshots and text are not uploaded, and confirmed details join your private profile.
Notifications
If you turn on concert alerts, Apple may wake the app when a public update marker in CloudKit changes. The marker contains no personal data. The app then downloads the same public update feed used for everyone and decides on your device which alerts to show. The developer never receives your device token.
Optional local diagnostics
Local diagnostics are off by default. If you turn them on, the app keeps at most 120 sanitized technical entries on this iPhone for up to 14 days, without your profile, follows, cities or imports. They are never uploaded automatically; you can view, share or clear them.
Deletion
In You → Your data, Delete all data removes the local, iCloud and backup copies and clears diagnostics. Exports you save stay where you put them.
