Please include, if possible:
- App version and build
- iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version
- The broad family need, published profile, or comparison involved
- A short description of what happened
Local information
China Family: The Guide helps foreign families in Shanghai form a small current shortlist, compare like-for-like information, and prepare questions to verify directly. It does not guarantee provider identity, quality, safety, licensing, eligibility, availability, service area, language access, or current terms.
Privacy Policy

China Family: The Guide has no account, analytics, advertising, tracking, contacts or location permission, and does not upload your household work to the developer.
Data on your device
Your family-need and fit choices, saved profiles, filters, guide data and access records stay on your device, as do decision workspaces with shortlists, questions, household checks, private answers, visit notes and dates.
Guide updates
The app may download signed guide updates with published profiles and approved images.
Map search and outside services
Only when you choose a map search does the app send a profile’s published name and “Shanghai” to the map service you pick. Maps, providers and other services have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and backup export
Shared comparisons leave out private answers and visits unless you include them. A complete backup includes all your local answers, notes and checks; you choose where to save it.
Deletion
In Access & settings, Delete all local data removes your decision work, saved profiles, fit choices, access records and downloaded guide data. You can also delete one workspace or clear the downloaded guide.
Purchases
Apple processes the optional Decision pack purchase through StoreKit; the developer does not receive your payment-card details.
Support email
If you email support, I receive your address and message to answer and troubleshoot your request. Nothing from the app is attached automatically.
