VisitSheet has no account, advertising, analytics, or passive diagnostics. Your job library is saved in the app's private storage.
Jobs, reports, and photos
Job and client details, notes, report sections, selected photos, custom templates, and business details are stored in the VisitSheet app on your device. Photos you add are processed on the device and saved as copies with their reports. Removing a photo from a report does not remove the original from Photos.
Apple may include app data in iCloud or computer backups when you enable device backups. Those backups follow Apple's settings and privacy terms. VisitSheet does not control copies held in a backup you create.
Speech and Apple Private Cloud Compute
If you choose to record notes, iOS requests microphone and speech recognition access. Speech recognition runs on the device. VisitSheet does not save the audio; the transcript is saved with the report.
On supported devices, you can choose to organize source notes with Apple Private Cloud Compute. VisitSheet shows a disclosure before continuing and sends only the selected transcript text for that request. Photos and other job details are not included. The original notes remain available for review. Apple service availability and its privacy terms apply. Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and manages subscription billing. VisitSheet receives verified purchase status to unlock Pro features; it does not receive your payment card details.
Backups and deletion
If you export a library backup, it contains the jobs, reports, selected photos, business details, templates, and local completed-report history. You choose where to save or share that file. Copies saved outside VisitSheet are not removed when you delete in-app data.
Deleting a report, job, or all local content removes its current report data from the app library. VisitSheet keeps a local completed-report ledger so deleting content cannot reset the free completion allowance. A previously created device backup or exported file is separate from the app library.
Contacting support
If you email support, the support team receives your email address and the message you choose to send. Your email provider may also process the message under its own terms.
